Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item. Just send us a photo of the issue.
Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. For items under $50, we'll typically issue a refund without requiring a return. For items over $50, we'll provide a return address and refund once received.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
